Northminster Choraliers hosted a very successful citywide children’s church choir festival on Saturday, March 14, 2015. Five church choirs, including the Choraliers, worked together on three songs in the morning. The ages of the children ranged from 4 to 14. After lunch the singers had a workshop on playing the tone chimes as a group, and each church choir rehearsed one or two songs to perform alone.
The festival concluded with a concert by the five individual choirs and the massed choirs.
The churches participating were: Our Saviour’s Lutheran, St. Philip’s In The Hills Episcopal, St. Mark’s Presbyterian, St. Andrew’s Presbyterian, and Northminster Presbyterian.
