THE COW IN THE PARKING LOT — A ZEN APPROACH TO OVERCOMING ANGER, Leonard Scheff and Susan Edminston, 2010
Anger Management is big business these days; seminars on anger run into four figures. For therapists and introverts at St. Philip’s, save yourself some money and read this clear, concise, anecdotal treatise on how to approach and deal with anger and the anger of others. Well, I guess, it is good for extroverts as well, as I got some fine insights, and valuable understandings from this read. The Zen thought threaded throughout the book is quite helpful.
