Faith Chapter of the Order of the Daughters of the King hosted a Quiet Day on Saturday, November 2. It was a wonderful day of inspiration and renewal. The Rev. Jean Rogers led a very interesting and thought-provoking meditation on prayer. The Eucharist was celebrated by the Rev. Vicki Hesse, who also preached for the service. Twenty-six women from around Tucson, and including the Diocesan President of Daughters Carrie da Costa, were present. A light lunch was served following the service. The next such event will be at Christ the King, sponsored by Jubilee Chapter, on April 5.
