On Sunday, September 2, about 50 people enjoyed a reception and admired a display of more than 40 works of very impressive art, including water colors, acrylics, etchings, photographs, tapestry, rugs, pottery, and embroidery by 21 St. Philip’s parishioners. It was amazing to see this exhibition that demonstrated how blessed we are to have such talented St. Philippians who are excited to share their art with us. The art will be on display in the West Murphey Gallery through October 4. You are encouraged to admire and consider purchasing some of the art the art while enjoying a beverage and snack provided by one of our wonderful ministries during coffee hour on Sundays, or at any time that the gallery is open during the week (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2–4 p.m., and Sundays, 12–5 p.m.).
